Hi, my name is Ben Greatrex.
I'm a music producer & mixing and mastering engineer from Burton-on-Trent, UK. I've worked with a range of indie and alternative bands & artists to produce records and film live music sessions.
I believe in capturing real, honest performances, using real instruments, real equipment and real rooms. I want your unique and individual sound to be at the centre of all of the music we make together.
I'm also a firm believer in the importance of pre-production, in meeting you beforehand to chat about sounds, songwriting and arrangement, in coming to your gig and experiencing your music live and in making sure everything is ready before the day of recording rather than rushing you through the process.
It's your music and it should sound exactly the way that you want it to be heard.
